Before we get to our weekly meal plan, I have to say that I am so ready for spring! We had some cold, windy weather this week and while it is nice for a while, I am ready for some sunshine and warmth. We are finally somewhat settled in our new home and while there are still many boxes to unpack, they are all in the garage and closet where I do not have to see them day after day. Now we will see if I ever get to them all.
