Hello Friends! Today I am sitting in my dining room doing a little planning for the new month. Planning things has always been fun for me and today I am excited to share with you a new book from the creators of the planner of my choice, The Happy Planner.
If you are familiar with the system, you know about all the great components. Always colorful and always inspiring!
Stephanie Fleming, the co-founder of The Happy Planner, just released a new book, Plan A Happy Life. I had an opportunity to preview the book and let me tell you that I loved it.
Plan a Happy Life includes strategies, systems, and methods for permanently getting organized, prioritizing what’s most important to you, and living intentionally.
Friends, now more than ever we need positivity in our life. This book helps you make the most of planning for the future in a way that is beneficial for ourselves and optimistic in how we look at our future.
The book includes great ideas for:
- Celebrating the ordinary (dance parties?)
- Discovering new ways to serve others (that will fit into a busy schedule)
- Finding your happy even on the tougher days
- Making the most effective lists (hint: it involves stickers)
- Filling your life with gratitude
- Controlling your calendar so you can live each day fully–and colorfully! (a step-by-step guide)
- And much more happy planning (seriously, you have to plan fun in your life!)
Honestly, this book is perfect for the moment as we reflect on what really matters and striving to do our best to move forward while maintaining relationships and serving others.
My favorite chapter is the Happy and Healthy section which talks about living our life as part of a wellness journey. This is the area I need encouragement and support as not being able to get to the gym has been frustrating for me. The Happily Inspired chapter offers thought prompts and tips if you have been feeling down or a little unmotivated.
I am always all about making the most of time and why not embrace it with tips from Plan a Happy Life?
I am going to give copies of this book as a gift to some friends that I know would love it.
You can purchase the book on its own (or for a limited time, can receive a signed copy of the book with any purchase of $75 or more) at https://thehappyplanner.com
