My Dollar Store Thanksgiving Table

Sharing is caring!

Decorating the table with dollar store items is so easy! It is just a matter of putting things together for fun and festive harvest decor. This Thanksgiving Table scape is made almost entirely of dollar store items.

My Dollar Store Thanksgiving Table

I meant to write this earlier this month but got a little busy so I am getting this up since Thanksgiving will be here soon.  I am sharing my dollar store Thanksgiving table with you.

First I bought a couple of these cool vinyl table clothes for a dollar each. I cut one of them to make a runner in the center of the table.

Cutting a Runner

I left it folded while cutting and placed it on the second tablecloth (each table-cloth was $.99)

Then I made

this simple candle decorations with votives and mini candles from the dollar store. I filled them with popcorn kernals and placed a votive candle in each. Then I put them on a plate with plastic leaves (that were $.99).

Corn Candles

Then I made some holders for these cute little scarecrows ($.99 each)

For the napkin rings, using some clip art,  I printed a Happy Thanksgiving message on some cardstock.

Turkey Clip Art

I cut them out and secured them around napkins (I had these), added a leaf, and secured with tape.

So each setting looks like this:

And finally, I wrapped ribbon around a few more dollar store candles.

So my table is decorated with almost all dollar store items!

I love how you show that you can still make something look nice even if you don't have a lot of money at your disposal. You did a great job!

Hi, I'm Raquel! I am a self-proclaimed foodie and have enjoyed cooking and baking since I was little. I loved baking cookies with my mother and grandma as a child, and later making dinners for my parents to foster my passion while in high school. I also had a passion for organizing and keeping things tidy.
