There are a few things I am excited about this month! As you know, I love to cook and share recipes on my blog and next week I will be attending a fun event at my nearby Macy’s Store.

Culinary Chef Marcus Samuelsson will be demonstrating how he prepares some of his favorite dishes!

Chef Marcus Samuelsson is partnering with Macy’s Culinary Council and will be sharing how he prepares some of his favorite recipes at this free culinary demonstration event. Chef Marcus is an Ethiopian-born, Swedish-raised chef and restaurateur. He is the head chef of Red Rooster in Harlem, New York.

While at the store, feel free to explore the latest cookware and cooking accessories.

Any purchase of $45 or more in the Home department during that evening will get you a special gift! That gift is a $10 Macy’s gift card, a copy of The Red Rooster Cookbook and a chance to meet and take a photo with chef Samuelsson
