These patriotic Red, White, and Blue decorated vases are perfect as Memorial Day decor or as centerpieces for a 4th of July Party. These are also lovely at military celebrations.
What I really love is how inexpensive and quick these are to make. This craft honestly just takes about 5 minutes per vase.
Hello Friends!
Yesterday was one of those days. For the most part it was a decent day, but later my tire had a flat. The tow truck came out to put on my spare and when I took the car to the tire store I had to have the entire tire replaced.
Boooooo!
To cheer myself up, I decided to have some crafty fun and make some easy 4th of July decorations. This simple flower display took minutes to make.
All you need are a few supplies.
Red White and Blue Centerpieces - Supplies
- Red, White and Blue artificial flowers
- Glass Square or cylinder containers
- Red, White and Blue Ribbon
- Patriotic Bows (you can also make these yourself with this ribbon)
- Scissors
- Wire cutters
Step 1. Cut flowers to fit the vase. Depending on the size of the vase, you can use 3 or 5 flowers or more.
Step 2. Place the flowers in the glass jar. I put one of each color but again you can use as many as you like.
Step 3. Tie a ribbon around the centerpiece. I chose a thin ribbon because it is what I had on hand.
Step 4. Attach the bows to the ribbon.
There is my super simple arrangement. I made a couple of these and will put them on my mantle.

So cute! I get so busy sometimes that I don't feel like I can decorate for all the holidays, but this is fast, easy and could be so versatile. Thanks for the tutorial.
