Weekly Meal Planning Ideas for your week.

Weekly Menu Planning Ideas

Is the weather still warm where you are? It still feels like summer here and we are getting ready to transition into cooler weather. I can't say I have put on a jacket yet, but I feel the evening breezes getting a little cooler.

Did you have a good week? It has been somewhat of a worrisome week for me knowing that friends in Texas and Florida are in need of help. I hope that if you have family and/or friends in Florida, that they have evacuated to safer places. While I am inspired by the countless stories of volunteers and first responders of hurricane Harvey, it definitely puts life in perspective.

Here at home, we are gearing up for some serious football viewing as well as an outdoor festival this weekend. What are your plans?

Weekly Menu Planning Ideas

Start your mornings with this Spinach & Tomato Veggie Omelet from Kimmi's Dairyland. For those meat lovers in the family, just add some diced ham.

Why not jump start the week with a pasta night? Marybeth from My Fearless Kitchen has the perfect recipe for you - Creamy Cheesy Baked Ziti- that the entire family will love and a nice way to kick off our weekly menu planning ideas.

Pick up some asparagus for a new family fav from Organized Island: Chicken & Asparagus Casserole. Casseroles also make great left overs.

Fall is apple season! Celebrate the season with Caramel Apple Pork Chops from Kimmi's Dairyland.

It's almost Friday! Celebrate with Grilled Margherita Flatbread from The Crumby Cupcake.

Add a fun twist to pizza night with Skillet Pizza Chicken from The Shirley Journey!

You can never go wrong with chocolate. You'll love these Gooey S'more Brownie Cups from Desserts Required.
Enjoy your weekend with leftovers or a fun night out - we'll see you next week with another tasty round-up of meals!

    Sigh. The brownie cups!
The pork chops look fascinating though. Cassidy would love that.

Hi, I'm Raquel! I am a self-proclaimed foodie and have enjoyed cooking and baking since I was little. I loved baking cookies with my mother and grandma as a child, and later making dinners for my parents to foster my passion while in high school. I also had a passion for organizing and keeping things tidy.
