  • If you do not have any stuffing you can prepare a quick batch with Stove Top (turkey or sage) or omit the stuffing altogether.
  • Drizzle a bit of gravy over the turkey layer for extra richness if you’ve got some.
  • You can sub your favorite cheese – Provolone Cheese or White Cheddar and Swiss cheese work well in this slider
  • If you don’t have cranberry sauce you can use cranberry jelly.
  • No leftover turkey? Grab a store-bought rotisserie chicken or use leftover ham.
  • Make it spicy by adding jalapeño cranberry relish or pepper jack cheese.

Raquel’s Time Saving Tips

  • Line the baking dish with foil for easy cleanup.
  • Brush extra butter over the rolls halfway through baking for a glossy finish.
  • Use a serrated knife to slice sliders cleanly before serving.
  • Prep ahead: Assemble the sliders up to a day in advance, cover tightly with foil, and refrigerate. When ready to serve, just brush with butter topping and bake.
  • If making ahead, refrigerate unbaked sliders and add the butter topping right before baking.
  • Freeze extras: Bake, cool, and freeze the sliders in portions — reheat in the oven for a quick, grab-and-go meal later.

Reheating Suggestion

Reheat in the oven at 350°F until warm to keep rolls from getting soggy.
