Turkey Cranberry Sliders

These delicious Turkey Cranberry Sliders are the perfect quick meal or game day snack. Sweet Hawaiian rolls, melty Swiss cheese, and a buttery glaze make this recipe perfect for post-Thanksgiving meals, lunches, or entertaining a crowd.

Equipment

  • aluminum foil

Ingredients

  • 1 pack slider buns pepperidge farm buttered
  • 8 slices smoked turkey deli meat or roasted turkey meat
  • 8 slices Havarti cheese
  • 1 cup stuffing
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cut slider buns in half and place bottom of buns in baking pan.
  • Place cheese onto the bottom slider bun. Add turkey on top and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Add prepared stuffing and top with cranberry sauce. Cover sandwiches with the top half of the rolls.
  • In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter and garlic salt. Brush the mixture over the top of the buns.
  • Cover sliders with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
