How to make a cheeseball snowman Cheese Ball
Step by Step Instructions overview

Step 1 – In a large mixing bowl, use a spatula to spread the cream cheese around to soften.

Step 2 – Add the shredded cheese, chives, oregano, and garlic powder, and fold all of the ingredients together until everything is well incorporated.

Step 3 – Take about 1/3 of the mixture and form it into a ball for the snowman’s head. Take the remaining 2/3 to make the snowman’s body. Wrap these in plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

Step 4 – Before serving, add the parmesan cheese to a plate, and roll the cheese balls in the parmesan cheese until they are completely coated.
Step 5 – Place the smaller ball on top of the larger one, and decorate the snowman by cutting the tip off of a baby carrot for the nose and making his eyes and buttons from the whole peppercorns.
