Ingredients
  

  • 7 cups mixed spring greens
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella balls
  • sliced red onion
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup candied pecans roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh pomegranate seed
  • 1/2 cup salad dressing

Instructions
 

  • Place the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, Mozzarella balls, red onion and cranberries into a large bowl.
  • Toss to mix.
  • Top with pomegranate seeds and pecans.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad mixture to taste, then gently toss to coat .Serve immediately.
