Passion Fruit Mojito

Today I want to share with you a fun twist on a beverage. My friend Katie made these wonderful Passion Fruit Mojitos the other day and she is sharing her recipe. Katie makes wonderful beverages. These are so refreshing and are great for a barbeque or party. They are pink too!
Passion Fruit Mojito
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
2 lime wedges
few mint leaves
1/2 oz club soda
2 oz passion fruit rum
3oz passion fruit juice
Place mint leaves and limes into a highball glass. Use a muddler to crush the mint and lime wedges. Add sugar and fill glass with ice.
Add Passion Fruit Rum and passion fruit juice over the ice. These are the ingredients we used.
