Raquel’s Time Saving Tips
- Line baking sheets with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray so cookies bake evenly and release easily.
- Let cookies cool completely on a cooling rack before decorating or the white cookie icing will slide off.
- Spread the icing gently using a toothpick or back of a spoon to shape the melted snowmen.
- Press each marshmallow head into the top of each cookie while the icing is still wet so it sticks well.
- Allow plenty of time for icing to set before adding details with black and orange cookie icing.
