Happy St. Patrick's Day! Do you ever have one of those days when you plan to get a lot of things done and then an unexpected event happens that just causes you to shift gears? Today was one of those days. So I did not get to make my Irish Soda Bread that I had planned for today.

Boooo!

Instead, I am sharing a fun drink recipe for an Irish Cream White Russian. It is made with Irish Cream so for me that qualifies as a St. Patrick's Day cocktail. This is not as traditional as a Guinness or a Black and Tan. There is always Green Beer.

But I love these a little bit more...

So gather some fun headgear from the dollar store and throw an impromptu St. Patrick's Day party and serve this fun drink idea.

Save money by decorating with dollar store items!

Oh and you can always pair this with Corned Beef and Cabbage or Shepard's Pie. How are you celebrating today?

I'm a bit sad because my older one is sick so we're all homebound. When one is sick, the rest are stuck home too! So when my husband gets home, I'm going to run and buy Lucky Charms for her, as well as corned beef for myself! And maybe some Irish Cream ice cream!

Oh, wow...you have some delicious recipes over here. I'm drooling over that walnut honey coffee cake. YUM. Then, this bit of deliciousness. If only I had any of the ingredients on hand, I'd be celebrating with one of these drinks!

That sounds awesome, actually. And it's totally perfect for St. Patrick's Day. I've never tried Caramel Vodka before, either. I am intrigued.

Hi, I'm Raquel! I am a self-proclaimed foodie and have enjoyed cooking and baking since I was little.
