Step 1: Place the melts in separate bowls and melt.

Step 2: Transfer melted candies to 3 piping bags separated by color.

Step 3: Make flag banners by piping triangles on wax or parchmant paper. Decorate with sprinkles and set aside.

Step 4: Melt remaining white chocolate.

Step 5: Dip Marshmallow in white chocolate

Step 6: Stack three dipped marshmallows on the candy stick.

Step 7: Decorate pops with piping bags over wax paper or parchment paper.

Step 8: Zigzag chocolate drips on the marshmallows and rotate marshmallows.
Final Step: Add chocolate flags to top of marshmallows. Let set.

Time-saving tips
- Use a double boiler or microwave to melt the chocolate slowly—stir every 15–20 seconds to avoid scorching.
- Let the dipped marshmallows rest on parchment paper or stand upright in a styrofoam block for clean presentation.
- Add sprinkles or sanding sugar immediately after dipping before the chocolate sets.
