- Butter – melted
- Cream cheese – softened to room temp
- Powdered sugar
- Banana instant pudding mix – you’ll need 2 packets
- Milk – whole or 2% work best
- Cool whip – or similar dairy whip topping
- Toppings– chocolate or fudge sauce, extra cool whip, sprinkles, and maraschino cherries, or your favorite sundae toppings

Step 1 – Crush the cookies in a food processor.
Step 2 – Add melted butter to the cookie crumb and press the cookie crust mixture into the bottom of the pan.
Step 3 – Prepare the cream cheese layer. Add half of the whipped topping and blend. Spread over the cookie mixture.

Step 5 – Add the remaining half of the cool whip. Spread mixture over cream cheese layer.

Banana Split Dessert
Ingredients
- 36 Golden Oreo cookies
- 6 tbsp butter melted
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 3.4 oz. boxes of banana instant pudding mix
- 3 cups milk
- 16 oz. cool whip
- Toppings- fudge sauce extra cool whip, sprinkles, and maraschino cherries
Instructions
- Add the Oreo cookies to your food processor, and blitz to crumbs.
- Stir in the melted butter.
- Line a 9×13 dish with parchment, and press the cookie crust mixture into the bottom of the pan.
- For the cream cheese layer, in a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add half of the cool whip (8 oz.) to the cream cheese mixture, and mix until well combined.
- Add this over the cookie crust and smooth out evenly.
- For the pudding, whisk together the mix packets and milk, until well combined.
- Add the remaining half of the cool whip.
- Pour this over the cream cheese layer, and smooth out evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 6 hours, or overnight.
- For serving, top with extra cool whip, fudge sauce, sprinkles, and cherries.
