- Make the strawberry puree and mascarpone cream ahead of time. Then just assemble the tiramisu when ready.
- Cold heavy cream is best for making the cream filling.
- Remember this takes time to chill so schedule preperation earlier in the day.
How to Serve Strawberry Tiramisu
Serve this sublime strawberry tiramisu with espresso, Vanilla Latte, or Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate and a side of extra hulled or sliced strawberries or other fresh fruit.

How to Store Leftover Tiramisu
Store leftover tiramisu in an airtight container in the refrigerator and eat within 3-4 days.
To freeze leftover tiramisu – You can freeze leftover tiramisu by wrapping it in plastic wrap and placing it in an airtight, freezer safe container. I like to slice individual portions then slide them onto a parchment lined baking sheet and stick it in the freezer for a couple hours. This makes wrapping in plastic so much easier.
