Substitutions & Variations

This is a truly festive cocktail as is, but you can change it up a little too.

  • Sprinkle Rim. You can dip the rim of the glass in some colored sugar or black sugar sprinkles before serving.
  • Dry Ice – I personally do not like to use dry ice. However, this video shows you how to use dry ice in a punch bowl safely.
  • cranberry juice – the cranberry can be replaced with a dark grape juice or pomegranite juice.

Serving Suggestions

Serve in a large punch bowl or in pitchers. I do not recommend a container with the spout as the fruit will get stuck.

You can use highball glasses or martini glasses or stemless wine glasses.

Storage

This Halloween recipe should be enjoyed the day it is prepared. If you have any leftover, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days.

Top tip

Drink recipes can be doubled or tripled to make a bigger batch for gatherings.
