This fun and festive witch cocktail is a fun Halloween cocktail for the season. Whether you are looking to host a Halloween party or just want to enjoy a spooky cocktail for the evening.

This is my take on a lovely fruit sangria that makes for the perfect holiday cocktail.

Why You Will Love the Witches Brew Cocktail

Fun. Halloween spirits are a fun way to enjoy the season. Why not host a fun Halloween happy hour or a dinner party? Witch-themed cocktails are also fun for a Hocus Pocus viewing party.

Festive. This is one of those Halloween drinks that is not only tasty, it looks festive and tasted so refreshing! This cocktail recipe is perfect for your next Halloween party to get your party goers into a spooky mood.

Easy. This is one of those fun, delightful cocktails that only takes a few minutes to put together. You can even assemble it the day before.

Ingredients

This fun Halloween drink is made with just a few simple ingredients.

  • wine
  • apple cider
  • orange juice
  • oranges
  • apples
  • blackberries
  • ice cubes

See recipe card for quantities.

Instructions

The full recipe instructions for crumbl copycat recipe are in the recipe card, below but here is a step by step overview of the recipe

Wash all fruit. Cut apples and oranges into slices.

Place apple slices and orange slices into a large pitcher or punch bowl.

Add blackberries.

Add red wine.

Add apple cider.

Add cranberry juice. Serve in a cocktail glass or wine glass with fruit embellishment,

Substitutions & Variations

This is a truly festive cocktail as is, but you can change it up a little too.

  • Sprinkle Rim. You can dip the rim of the glass in some colored sugar or black sugar sprinkles before serving.
  • Dry Ice - I personally do not like to use dry ice. However, this video shows you how to use dry ice in a punch bowl safely.
  • cranberry juice - the cranberry can be replaced with a dark grape juice or pomegranite juice.

Serving Suggestions

Serve in a large punch bowl or in pitchers. I do not recommend a container with the spout as the fruit will get stuck.

You can use highball glasses or martini glasses or stemless wine glasses.

Storage

This Halloween recipe should be enjoyed the day it is prepared. If you have any leftover, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days.

Top tip

Drink recipes can be doubled or tripled to make a bigger batch for gatherings.
