Tips for best results

  • Cool your cookies on a wire rack to ensure that they stay soft and chewy.
  • Store your cookies in an airtight container or wrapped in plastic wrap, and keep them at room temperature for up to 5 days.
  • For extra chocolate flavor, add some cocoa powder to the dry cake mix before adding the wet ingredients.
  • Try different combinations of cake mix and chips. Some of our favorites are vanilla cake mix with white chocolate chips or spice cake mix with peanut butter chips.
  • For smaller cookies, use a ½ tablespoon cookie scoop instead of a 1 tablespoon cookie scoop.
  • Bake your cookies for 8-10 minutes for soft and chewy cookies or 10-12 minutes for slightly crispier cookies.
  • Add some extra chocolate chips to the batter for an extra chocolatey cookie.
  • Use a variety of chips like white chocolate, mint chocolate, peanut butter, or butterscotch for a different flavor.

Yes, Place the dough into the prepared baking dish. Press down evenly with a piece of parchment paper. Bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes clean. Keep an eye on them so the don't get too brown.

Hi, I'm Raquel! I am a self-proclaimed foodie and have enjoyed cooking and baking since I was little. I loved baking cookies with my mother and grandma as a child, and later making dinners for my parents to foster my passion while in high school. I also had a passion for organizing and keeping things tidy.
