How to make these homemade chocolate chip cookies

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Set aside. 
  • In a large mixing bowl, mix together the entire box of cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil, until well combined, and cookie dough has formed. 
  • Fold in milk chocolate chips. Use a 1-inch cookie scoop to scoop the dough onto the parchment paper, about 2 inches apart. 
  • Bake for 9-10 minutes, until the bottoms of the cookies are golden brown. Allow the cookies to cool completely.

  • Bake your cookies for 8-10 minutes for soft and chewy cookies or 10-12 minutes for slightly crispier cookies.
  • Add some extra chocolate chips to the batter for an extra chocolatey cookie.
  • Use a variety of chips like white chocolate, mint chocolate, peanut butter, or butterscotch for a different flavor.

  • 1 box yellow cake mix we use Betty Crocker
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips

      1. Yes, Place the dough into the prepared baking dish. Press down evenly with a piece of parchment paper. Bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes clean. Keep an eye on them so the don’t get too brown.
