Buffalo Chicken Dip Sliders are one of my favorite slider recipes. Shredded Chicken and buffalo sauce come together with Hawaiian rolls in a slider recipe that disappears fast.

These sliders combine all the bold, creamy flavor of classic buffalo chicken dip in a hand held sandwich. Whether you’re hosting a game day party, heading to a potluck, or just need a fun dinner idea that everyone will actually eat.

These easy party sliders are great to serve warm right from the baking dish, or prep ahead and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- ½ cup buffalo hot sauce
- ½ cup blue cheese
- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 1 package Hawaiian rolls or slider rolls
- 6 slices mozzarella cheese
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, buffalo hot sauce, and blue cheese until smooth. Stir in the shredded chicken, coating it evenly.
- Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in the prepared baking dish.
- Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the rolls. Layer the mozzarella slices over the chicken. Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese.
- Add the buttery topping: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic salt. Brush the mixture over the tops of the sliders.
- Cover loosely with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown. Let the sliders cool slightly before slicing and serving.
