These easy Turkey Pinwheels are the perfect no-bake appetizer for parties, lunches, and busy days. Ingredients
  

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 9 oz thin sliced turkey
  • 3.5 oz bag bacon pieces
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¾ cup chopped lettuce

Instructions
 

  • Mix the cream cheese and mayonnaise together in a small bowl. Divide and spread the mixture between the 4 tortillas.
  • Sprinkle each tortilla with cheese, then bacon pieces, then lettuce. Top with turkey slices.
  • Tightly roll each tortilla into itself, until you meet the other end. Wrap in plastic wrap.
  • Chill for 1 hour or until ready to serve
  • Once ready to serve, unwrap and use the serrated knife to cut the ends off, then into 6 one inch pieces.
  • Arrange on a platter to serve.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
