Ingredients for turkey and cheese pinwheels
- Flour tortillas
- Cream cheese – softened
- Mayonnaise
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Cooked bacon – crumbled
- Deli turkey
- Provolone cheese
- Tomato – thinly sliced
- Fresh romaine lettuce leaves
How to make turkey and cheese pinwheels

Step 1 – In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper

Step 2 – Mix until smooth and creamy.

Step 3 – Sprinkle a third of the crumbled bacon on top.

Step 4 – Arrange 2 slices of deli turkey and 2 slices of provolone cheese down the center. Add a few slices of tomato and a layer of romaine lettuce.

Step 5 – Starting from one side, roll the tortilla up tightly.
Repeat with the remaining tortillas.Place the rolled tortillas in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to firm up.

Step 6 – Remove from the refrigerator and slice each roll into 5 to 6 pinwheels. Serve immediately, or chill until ready to enjoy.

Ingredients

- 4 oz cream cheese – softened
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 4 slices cooked bacon – crumbled
- 6 slices deli turkey
- 9 slices provolone cheese
- 1 large tomato – thinly sliced
- 3 to 4 fresh romaine lettuce leaves
Instructions

- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface or cutting board. Evenly spread a couple tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture over the tortilla.
