There is something so special about a simple dessert that looks like it came straight from a bakery, but takes just minutes to make at home. These Strawberry Filled Croissants are one of those SUPER easy, no-stress treats that feel a little fancy without adding extra work.

Like my Nutella Croissants, with just three ingredients, you can create a beautiful sweet that’s perfect for brunch, holidays, or a quick sweet treat that is ready in about 20 minutes.

If you love fruity pastries, you’ll also enjoy these soft and tender apricot scones or these flakey blueberry scones for another delicious brunch option.

Storage suggestions
These are best enjoyed the day they are prepared. Store leftovers in an airtight container the the refrigerator.
Raquel’s Time Saving Tips
- Prep strawberries ahead and store in airtight container until ready to make.
- Warm the Nutella spread slightly for easier spreading.
- Line tray with parchment for easy cleanup.
Can I make strawberry Nutella croissants ahead of time?
For best results, assemble just before serving. The strawberries will release moisture and soften the croissants if they sit too long. I recoomend slicing the strawberries ahead of time, and have everything ready, then assemble in just a few minutes.
Can I use frozen strawberries?
No I would not recommend it. Fresh strawberries work best for this easy croissant dessert because they hold their shape and texture. Frozen strawberries release too much liquid once they are thawed, which can make the croissants soggy.
How should I store leftovers?
These are best enjoyed the same day. If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator and enjoy within 24 hours.

Strawberry Nutella Filled Croissants
Equipment
- baking pan
Ingredients
- 1 8-count can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- ¾ cup Nutella
- 7 to 8 medium strawberries about 1 cup chopped
- Optional: flaky sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Roughly chop the strawberries and pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- Unroll the crescent dough onto a clean surface and separate into 8 triangles. Spread Nutella evenly over each triangle, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle chopped strawberries evenly over the Nutella.
- Starting from the wide end, roll each triangle up toward the pointed tip.
- Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1½ inches apart to allow for spreading. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crescents are puffed, golden brown, and baked through in the center.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Drizzle with Nutella, top with chopped strawberries, and sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Patting the strawberries dry helps prevent the rolls from becoming soggy
