These easy Sloppy Joe Sliders are a fun and flavorful twist on the beloved classic sandwich! Just like their full-size counterpart, they’re great for game day, weeknight dinners, or picnics, but they’re also a more perfect option for kids.

These mini Sloppy Joe sandwiches are everything you love about regular sloppy joes in a slightly smaller form. Packed with a savory beef filling and topped with melty cheese on soft slider buns, these smaller sandwiches are especially great for serving crowds.

They still have the marvelous messiness you love in a more minimal, manageable way. And of course, baked sliders are still the perfect food for everything from a game day get-together to a simple weeknight family dinner. Oh, and they are the perfect option for kids’ smaller hands.

Pair them with Steak Fries or Crispy Accordion Potatoes, pickles, Coleslaw, and Sauteed Zucchini and Tomato, or a simple Pasta Salad.
How to Store Leftover Sloppy Joes
Cool the Sloppy Joe mix completely before storing in the fridge. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
To Freeze Sloppy Joe Mix – Place the cooled mixture in a freezer safe bag. Lay it on its side as you remove most of the air before sealing it shut. Lay the bag flat on its side during freezer storage to conserve space. Use the mix within 2-3 months. Thaw completely in the fridge overnight before reheating.
How to Reheat Leftover Sloppy Joes
Sandwiches – Place leftover sandwiches in a baking dish or glass pie plate. Reheat in the oven at 325°F to keep buns toasty.
