Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. breakfast sausage
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 10 ounces rotel drained, and drained onto paper towels to remove the moisture
  • 1.5 cups bisquick
  • 2 cups shredded cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, mix together the sausage, cream cheese, rotel, bisquick, and shredded cheese, until well combined.
  • Use a 1.5 inch cookie scoop to scoop out the mixture, and gently roll into a ball.
  • Place them 2 inches apart on the parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, and use a thermometer to check that the largest one is 165 degrees internally.
