Did you know that today is National Chocolate Ice Cream Day? I know it is hard to keep up with the food holidays. I just got back from an amazing weekend in Cabo San Lucas where the sun was shining and the sky was blue. Now I am back home where it is grey and gloomy. but ice cream makes it better.
