Spring is a great time to start spring cleaning and I also look at it as a time to try some lighter dishes and eat more vegetables. Summer will be arriving shortly and that usually means beach weather. I find it much easier to celebrate the warmer seasons when I am feeling good about what I am eating (and I want to be able to fit into my summer clothes too!)

  1. Ten days!!! (But who’s counting?)
    We do go crazy with the strawberries in June. Asparagus is so key here because we live next-door, or rather the town next door, to the asparagus capital of the world
