Ingredients

  • 1 small package orange jello mix
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 3.4 oz box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 8 oz tub cool whip thawed
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 3 15 oz cans mandarin oranges drained

Instructions

  • In a large bowl add the jello mix and boiling water and stir until everything is dissolved. Add the cold water and whisk again.
  • Add in the vanilla pudding mix and stir once more. Make sure to scrape around the walls of the bowl so every part is mixed together. Place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  • After the 15 minutes is up, remove from the fridge and fold in the cool whip. Fold until you see no more white streaks.
  • Add in the mini marshmallows and fold, add in the oranges and gently fold once again.
  • Cover the bowl and place in the fridge for 1-2 hours. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
  • You don’t have to chill for 2 hours before serving. Chilling for 2 hours only thickens it up and softens the marshmallows.
  • Be sure to gently fold ingredients in when making the salad. Do not stir the mixture or it will lose it’s “fluffiness”.
