How to Make a Cranberry and Pistachio Cheeseball

Step 1 – Place cream cheese in bowl. Add Parmesan cheese and mix well.

Step 2 – Place on a piece of wax paper or plastic wrap and shape into a ball.

Step 3 – Place pistachios and cranberries on wax paper.

Step 3 – Place chilled ball on mixture and roll ball and wrap with the paper.

Cranberry Cheese Ball
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesan
- 1/2 cup pistachio unshelled nuts
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- pretzels for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl mix together with a spatula cream cheese and parmesan.
- Turn it out onto a piece of plastic wrap. Wrap up and then roll on a cutting board until its a ball shape. Use your hands to shape it well. Remove plastic wrap.
- Roll or press pistachios and dried cranberries into the cheese ball.
- Place in the fridge until ready to serve. Serve with pretzels, crackers, or triscuits.
