Cranberry Cheese Ball

This cranberry cheese ball recipe is an easy no bake appetizer perfect for holiday parties and family gatherings. Made with creamy cheese, dried cranberries, and crunchy pistachios, it comes together in minutes. A festive make ahead snack everyone loves.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan
  • 1/2 cup pistachio unshelled nuts
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • pretzels for serving

Instructions

  • In a bowl mix together with a spatula cream cheese and parmesan.
  • Turn it out onto a piece of plastic wrap. Wrap up and then roll on a cutting board until its a ball shape. Use your hands to shape it well. Remove plastic wrap.
  • Roll or press pistachios and dried cranberries into the cheese ball.
  • Place in the fridge until ready to serve. Serve with pretzels, crackers, or triscuits.
