Equipment

  • Large Skillet

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ cup thinly sliced onions
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 can 10.5 ounces French onion with beef stock soup (can substitute with beef stock or chicken stock for a less pronounced flavor)
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 2 packs of ramen noodles discard the seasoning packets

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet, over medium heat, add the oil and onions. Cook the onions until they are softened and start to be translucent
  • Add the ground beef and break it into pieces.
  • Sprinkle the garlic powder over the crumbled ground beef. Keep cooking until the ground beef is no longer pink.
  • Add the French onion, along with beef stock, water, soy sauce, and Oyster sauce. Mix well and bring to a boil.
  • Push the ground beef to the side and place the ramen noodles in the middle. Cover and cook for 30-45 seconds.
  • Flip the noodles and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
  • Uncover and use 2 forks to separate the noodles.
  • Mix well.
  • Turn the heat off.
  • Serve and Enjoy!
