Save The Recipe!
- Brown the ground beef.
- Add garlic + vegetables.
- Cook ramen noodles separately (or in same pan with liquid).
- Stir together sauce ingredients.
- Toss everything together with sturdy tongs and simmer until thickened.

Step 1 – Brown the onions, ground beef and spices.

Step 2 –Add beef stock, soy sauce and oyster sauce.

Step 3 – Add ramen noodles.

Step 4- Cover and spread noodles apart. Add green onion.
Substitution Ideas
- Swap the beef for ground turkey or ground chicken. You could also use thin-sliced steak.
- This recipe is great for veggie leftovers. Add mixed vegetables like broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, or peas.
- You can add a little hoisin sauce for deeper flavor or chili oli for a kick.

Beef and Ramen Noodles
Equipment
- Large Skillet
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ cup thinly sliced onions
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 can 10.5 ounces French onion with beef stock soup (can substitute with beef stock or chicken stock for a less pronounced flavor)
- ½ cup water
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce low sodium
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 2 packs of ramen noodles discard the seasoning packets
Instructions
- In a large skillet, over medium heat, add the oil and onions. Cook the onions until they are softened and start to be translucent
- Add the ground beef and break it into pieces.
- Sprinkle the garlic powder over the crumbled ground beef. Keep cooking until the ground beef is no longer pink.
- Add the French onion, along with beef stock, water, soy sauce, and Oyster sauce. Mix well and bring to a boil.
- Push the ground beef to the side and place the ramen noodles in the middle. Cover and cook for 30-45 seconds.
- Flip the noodles and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
- Uncover and use 2 forks to separate the noodles.
- Mix well.
- Turn the heat off.
- Serve and Enjoy!
