Strawberry Mimosas
Equipment
- champagne flutes
Ingredients
- 10 Strawberries
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Orange Juice
- Champagne or Sparkling Wine
- lemon wedge
Instructions
- Wash and cut the hulls of the strawberries off.
- Slice 2 of the strawberries for garnish and set aside.
- Place the remaining strawberries, the sugar, and a squeeze of lemon juice into a food processor or blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add 1 tablespoon of strawberry mixture to a champagne glass.
- Then fill 1/3 of the glass with orange juice.
- Top off with the champagne until the glass is full.
- Garnish each glass with a strawberry slice.
