These easy strawberry mimosas are the perfect brunch cocktail for holidays, showers, or weekend entertaining. Made with fresh strawberries and sparkling wine, they come together in just minutes and look beautiful on any table. Equipment

  • champagne flutes

Ingredients
  

  • 10 Strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Orange Juice
  • Champagne or Sparkling Wine
  • lemon wedge

Instructions
 

  • Wash and cut the hulls of the strawberries off.
  • Slice 2 of the strawberries for garnish and set aside.
  • Place the remaining strawberries, the sugar, and a squeeze of lemon juice into a food processor or blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of strawberry mixture to a champagne glass.
  • Then fill 1/3 of the glass with orange juice.
  • Top off with the champagne until the glass is full.
  • Garnish each glass with a strawberry slice.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
