How To Make This Queso Recipe

Step 1 – Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Remove the casing from the chorizo and brown it in a large skillet. Break chorizo into small pieces.

Brown for about 5–6 minutes until the chorizo is cooked.

Step 2 – Drain the excess fat from the cooked chorizo on paper towels.

Meanwhile, mix together the remaining ingredients in a bowl and add the drained chorizo. Once the dip is mixed, pour it into an oven-safe dish. Top with a little extra grated cheese.

Cook for 14–16 minutes.
