Step 2 – Add pineapple and optional veggies

Step 4 – Whisk sauce ingredients together. Add brown sugar.

Step 4 – Pour sauce over meatballs,Cook on LOW or HIGH until heated through and saucy.

Equipment
- Crock pot or slow cooker
Ingredients
- 32 oz. meatballs
- 20 oz. can of pineapple chunks drained
- 2 cups barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ginger paste
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- Green onions for topping
Instructions
- To your crockpot, add meatballs.
- Add pineapple chunks.
- Add brown sugar, ginger paste, garlic, soy sauce, and rice wine vinegar.
- Pour barbecue sauce over top.
- Cook on high 2-3 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
- Before serving, top with sliced green onion.
