  • Crock pot or slow cooker

Ingredients
  

  • 32 oz. meatballs
  • 20 oz. can of pineapple chunks drained
  • 2 cups barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ginger paste
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • Green onions for topping

Instructions
 

  • To your crockpot, add meatballs.
  • Add pineapple chunks.
  • Add brown sugar, ginger paste, garlic, soy sauce, and rice wine vinegar.
  • Pour barbecue sauce over top.
  • Cook on high 2-3 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
  • Before serving, top with sliced green onion.
