Well what a week this has been. We moved out of our home earlier in the week and had to stay at a hotel until our flooring is done in the new place. Needless to say, I cannot wait to be in my own kitchen and start making meals again.

Thankfully, Christina put this meal plan together for us and oh my! I am loving these dishes! I have always wanted to try making Korean Bibimbap! If you have never had it, it seasoned meat and vegetables served over a bowl of rice. So good and doesn't Erica's recipe below look amazing?

This weekend we will be cleaning our new place and having our belonging delivered! I am excited to get settled, although I know we have a lot of work ahead of us. I hope to squeeze in some time to watch the big game.

Whatever you have planned this weekend, I hope it is filled with good times and good food.

Hi, I'm Raquel! I am a self-proclaimed foodie and have enjoyed cooking and baking since I was little. I loved baking cookies with my mother and grandma as a child, and later making dinners for my parents to foster my passion while in high school. I also had a passion for organizing and keeping things tidy.
