I never leave the house without breakfast and I love how quickly I can make this. As you know, I love to make the most of my time and while these are great to enjoy at home, they are also great when you are on the go too.
This Strawberry Banana Smoothie has lots of nutrients that make it a better choice for me. It has potassium, calcium, and protein and gives me the energy I need. The protein from the addition of my secret ingredient – Creamy Peanut Butter.

Full recipe below – Ingredients needed:
Strawberries – These are the star of the show here. Find plump, red berries that are ripe.
Bananas – You will want to use a ripe, or slightly over-ripe banana for this. Note that this recipe works best if the banana is frozen, but if not, just add a few ice cubes to the recipe.
Yogurt – Any vanilla or plain yogurt works here. You only need a small container unless you use yogurt for lots of recipes.
Peanut Butter – this adds some protein and heartiness to the smoothie. I suggest using a creamy style of your favorite brand.
In no time you will have a wonderful smoothie
