Hi Friends!

Mother's Day is right around the corner and your mom deserves some pampering.

This Peach Mango Sugar Scrub is a simple, affordable DIY Mother's Day gift that you will both love. This DIY Body Scrub smells so delicious you might be tempted to eat it, but resist! Instead, use it to smooth rough, dry skin. It's great after a day in the garden, or during an at-home spa day.

It's so nice you'll probably want to keep it for yourself so whip up a double batch. You won't regret it! This homemade body scrub is also great for a BFF gift idea or as a fun Girls Night activity.

How to Make A DIY Sugar Scrub

This is likely the easiest Mother's Day gift you'll ever make. It only has 4 ingredients and comes together in less than 15 minutes! There are a few things you will need, and I recommend pulling them all together so that it is easy to make.

Supplies:

Ingredients for peach mango sugar scrub - sugar, grapeseed oil, peach mica powder, peach mango fragrance

  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup grapeseed oil
  • ⅛ teaspoon peach mica powder (may also add some orange in if it’s too pink for your liking)
  • 30 drops peach-mango fragrance oil

How to Make Peach Mango Sugar Scrub:

Combine sugar and mica powder in a small bowl.

Adding peach mica to the sugar

Add grapeseed oil and fragrance oil. Stir well.

Stirring in the oil and fragrance into the sugar and mica powder

Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months. I like to use small mason jars, but you can use any kind of airtight container you have.

That is it! Wasn't that easy? These make nice gifts for bridal showers and as party favors for spa day. If you have friends that like to craft together, making these can be a fun group activity too!

This is also a great gift for Mother's Day (or as a gift to yourself). Keep the airtight jar in a cool, dry place and use it weekly for smoother skin.

Oh, fun! Cassidy buys those sugar scrubs. Would be fun to make him one for Father's Day!

Hi, I'm Raquel! I am a self-proclaimed foodie and have enjoyed cooking and baking since I was little. I loved baking cookies with my mother and grandma as a child, and later making dinners for my parents to foster my passion while in high school. I also had a passion for organizing and keeping things tidy.
