Equipment

  • Grinch Cookie Cutter
  • Large Bowl
  • Cookie cheet

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 5-1/2 cups Miniature Marshmallows
  • 6 cups Kellogg’s Rice Krispies cereal
  • 4 drops green food gel neon green or bright green
  • 12 yellow starbursts
  • Wilton Black Sparkle Gel 3.5-Oz Tube

Instructions
 

  • In large saucepan melt butter over low heat. Add in green food gel. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
  • Add rice Krispie cereal. Stir until well coated. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet. Scoop out krispie mixture onto the baking sheet and press down flat with a spatula.
  • Let set for at least 30 minutes. Use a grinch cookie cutter to cut out the grinch shape.
  • Heat starburst for 15 seconds in the microwave in order to soften and reshape into almond shape eyes. Make the eyes and press into the each grinch shape.
  • Use the black sparkle gel to draw on a nose, eyebrows, and mouth.
