Assembling the Basket
You can find a tub and the decorative filling for only about buck apiece.
If you have basket's already, you have just saved yourself more money. Dollar stores will often have tulle ribbon which is great for making bows. Again, this costs about $1.00 to $1.25.
The put everything in the basket. Start with the larger items first. Then add some tissue paper or filling so that other smaller items sit on the top. You do not need to fill the entire basket. You can roll up a couple of newspapers to fill the bottom.
Don't forget to add a gift tag. I have a free downloadable one below.
But we are not done yet. I added some tulle leftover from my last dollar store project and a cute tag. I am attaching a printable for the tags because greeting cards are terribly expensive these days. Just click on the link below and you are ready to attach to your gift.
