Dollar Store Decorating for Christmas
This post may contain affiliate links.

Today I am kicking off some dollar store Christmas decor ideas. I just love shopping at dollar stores and turning the frugal items into fun, holiday items. I find it a fun challenge to go into the store and see what kind of home decorations I can make using the items. With everything only costing a dollar, it is a frugal way to make my home more festive and elegant.
We have a couple of different types of dollar stores nearby, so I feel fortunate.
This is what I bought at the store:

I took the floral sprigs and put them in a mason jar and added some burlap,

and tied with a ribbon. Now you do not see the stems in the bottom of the glass!

Next I surrounded the jar with the dollar store bell garland
Â
Then I took the tree ornaments and attached a cardboard base

to put in each bowl.

I am working on more dollar decorating this week. Do you decorate with dollar store items?

P.S. I am sharing this post at this fun dollar decorating party:
