Ingredients
  

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 12 oz. white chocolate chips
  • 4-5 candy canes crushed

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment, and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, fold together the cake mix, eggs, and oil. **Important, the dough should be fairly sticky before baking, if it isn’t, add a splash of water and fold together until everything is well combined. This will help the cookies spread more like normal cookies.
  • Use a 1 1/2 inch cookie scoop to scoop the dough onto the baking sheet.
  • Bake 9-11 minutes.
  • Allow the cookies to cool completely.
  • Add the white chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl, and heat on 30 second increments, stirring well between, until melted.
  • Dip half of each cookie into the white chocolate, and sprinkle with crushed candy canes.
  • Allow the cookies to set until the chocolate is solid & enjoy.
