Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment, and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, fold together the cake mix, eggs, and oil. **Important, the dough should be fairly sticky before baking, if it isn't, add a splash of water and fold together until everything is well combined. This will help the cookies spread more like normal cookies.
Use a 1 1/2 inch cookie scoop to scoop the dough onto the baking sheet.
Bake 9-11 minutes.
Allow the cookies to cool completely.
Add the white chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl, and heat on 30 second increments, stirring well between, until melted.
Dip half of each cookie into the white chocolate, and sprinkle with crushed candy canes.
Allow the cookies to set until the chocolate is solid & enjoy.
