Before I present this weekly menu plan, I want to wish you moms a Happy Mothers’ Day! Hopefully you are being bombarded with love and good wishes today! We have been celebrating all weekend. We went to a dinner on Saturday and are spending today with my mother. It is nice to have the entire weekend to celebrate as one day is just not enough to celebrate moms, don’t you agree?
We also caught up on our episodes of The Voice, Dancing with the Stars and I finally got to some items on my reading list. I have not found any good summer chick lit books so I am hoping that I can get a list going for some much needed beach reading.
