Weekly Menu Plan

It’s Weekly Menu Plan time! With another month in the books, it is getting to be the time for all of the big spring happenings. Mothers’ Day, Fathers’ Day and graduations and weddings are on the horizon. I love this time of year and anything that can streamline the activities is a winner in my book. We have been busy spring cleaning around our house and enjoying the longer days. I have also been working on some Mothers’ Day and spring craft ideas.

It has been another busy week and I have been decluttering all around the house. It is amazing how much stuff just seems to accumulate that we do not use anymore. We donated about 8 bags of items this month.

This month, I also become a contributor for Today Food Club, which is really exciting! I am a big fan of the Today Show and as you know, I have always loved sharing recipes and now I can do so on their website as well. If you are over there please say hi or give me a vote if you like any of my recipes that are posted there. It is not for a prize, but the more votes one gets, the more people will see it on that site and I would be super appreciative. 🙂

It is time for another weekly menu plan! If you are looking for some recipes for Cinco de Mayo I have you covered.

  1. I just saw and pinned that buffalo chicken mac and cheese!
I’m so NOT a vegetarian, especially when I realize how much I love meatballs and meatball soup.
    Have a great Sunday!
