SimplePeppermint Cookies

I am so excited that Thanksgiving is nearly here. I always love when the family gets together and we are going to be seeing family all week. First at Thanksgiving and then at a wedding for my sweet niece on Saturday.

The grocery stores are already getting crowded. I was in the baking mood this weekend and made these simple peppermint cookies. They only have 5 ingredients so they are super simple to make. For a different peppermint flavor I used these. I also used a baking mix for simplicity.

Place cookies on parchment paper about 1 1/2 inches away from each other. Do not skip the parchment paper or the ends may darken.

  1. I have never seen the peppermint crunch Andes candies but I love the looks of them! We’re hosting this year. We traveled two years in a row and it was a bit much. So I’m sad to not be with my parents and siblings this year but we’re with some friends and my husband’s family. And we’ll be home!

    1. Oh how wonderful that you will be home. Traveling can be so hectic this time of year! Hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving Tamara! Can’t wait to see your always beautiful photos! 😉
