With St. Patrick's Day right around the corner, if you are hosting a dinner at your home, you may want to make a cocktail for the adults to enjoy. While popular drinks on this day are Black and Tans or Irish Whiskey, or a Black and Brown. It's basically half root beer and half Guinness. You have to pour it slowly otherwise you will get a ton of foam. Either way it is frothy.
