Black Raspberry Martini Recipe

Happy New Year's Eve! If your plans include a cocktail I have a fun Black Raspberry Martini recipe. I recently received some complimentary bottles of Sparkling Ice to review. These beverages come in lots of different flavors and they are pretty tasty as an alternative to soda. I like that these non-alcoholic beverages have no calories, so switching up sugar-laden juice with Sparkling Ice for cocktails sounds like a great way to reduce caloric intake.

Here is the recipe:

Black Raspberry Martini

1 ounce vodka

1 ounce triple sec

3 ounces Black Raspberry Sparkling Ice

Fill a shaker three-fourths full with ice. Add the vodka, triple sec and Black Raspberry Sparkling Ice. Cover and shake for 10-15 seconds. Pour into a martini glass. Garnish with a couple of raspberries or blackberries in the glass, if desired. Enjoy!

Enjoy and please drink responsibly. If you go out, always have a designated driver.  I hope you have a wonderful New Years Eve, whether it is a quiet one with family or an evening toasting with friends.

Happy New Year!

How are you spending New Year's Eve?

Hi, I'm Raquel! I am a self-proclaimed foodie and have enjoyed cooking and baking since I was little. I loved baking cookies with my mother and grandma as a child, and later making dinners for my parents to foster my passion while in high school. I also had a passion for organizing and keeping things tidy.
