So you may recall that I gave my bathroom medicine cabinet a makeover recently. I decided to update my bathroom under-the-sink storage area and work on bathroom cabinet organization. At one time, the storage area looked like this:
Now honestly, I have had it regorganized for a while since then, but I still need to dust the shelves once in a while. As you can see, I have the usual items, shampoo, cream tanners, hair brushes, lotions and sprays. These days, this is what my cabinet looks like.
I have three areas of storage for all my stuff. It looks so much better (with the exception of the ugly pipe in the center).
Area #1 is a drawer style shoe box.
It holds things like my razors, sunscreen, extra toothbrushes and tooth paste. These types of boxes are deep and long so they are perfect for full size products.
Area #2 holds my cotton squares, dental floss and small toileteries.
Area #3 is my hairstyling bin. Here, I keep my curling iron, round and flat brushes and hairspray.
I can just pull the basket out for styling and slip it right back when I am done.
I also added a basket that hangs over the door for my lotions.
This has been so much easier to keep organized since I bought the bins. What tips do you have for bathroom organization?
