We have had a lot of busy evenings lately. Thank goodness I have BUSH’S® Savory Beans to help me make the weeknight dinner process quick. Honestly, this recipe is so easy and delicious and the entire meal only takes a few ingredients.
I went to Walmart the other day to pick up a few ingredients for the week. I did not know that BUSH’S had come out with some savory bean styles recently. We loved BUSH’s because the flavor is always there and they are always quick to make. I decided to try BUSH’S® Savory Beans for a delicious “heat and eat” pairing for a recipe I am sharing below. I found the beans in the Hispanic Foods aisle at Walmart.
I have to tell you that I could not help picking up a couple of cute spring decor items while I was at Walmart. I just love that I can find my all weekly dinner ingredients. household items and some fun, inexpensive decor items and staples all in one stop.

Now on to the 10 Minute Dinner idea...
5 Minute Dinner - Southwestern Style Beans with Quesadillas
4 Flour Tortillas
1 cup shredded cheese
¼ cup mild salsa
1 teaspoon of cilantro, chopped (optional)
2 cans Southwestern Style Pinto Beans
DIRECTIONS:
Open can of Southwestern Style Pinto Beans and pour beans in a saucepan over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until heated through.
While beans are heating, top each flour tortilla with ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese and 1 tablespoon of mild salsa and a few bits of cilantro.
Fold tortilla in half and heat in microwave on microwave-safe plate on high for 1 minute.
Serve with warm BUSH's Beans. It makes such a comforting meal in minutes!
