Tropical Fruit Salad

This vibrant Tropical Fruit Salad is loaded with juicy strawberries, plump grapes, tangy pineapple, sweet mandarin oranges, and rich blackberries. The perfect fruit salad for picnics, potlucks, BBQs and summer luau parties.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • 1 lb. strawberries tops removed and quartered
  • 2 cups pineapple chopped
  • 1 lb. red grapes
  • 6 oz. blueberries
  • 6 oz. blackberries
  • 3 mandarin oranges peeled into slices
  • 4 kiwi peeled, sliced, and halved

Instructions

  • Rinse all of your fruit, and pat dry with paper towels.
  • Add the fruit to a large bowl, and toss.
  • In a small bowl, combine honey, lime juice, and zest. Whisk to combine.
  • Drizzle the honey mixture over the fruit, and toss again to coat.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
