Ingredients

  • 12 ounce frozen spinach thawed and squeezed dry
  • 6 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  • On a large cutting board, unroll the pizza dough. Cut a triangle out from the middle of the rectangle.
  • On another cutting board, take the extra pieces and form a second triangle.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat together the spinach, cream cheese, garlic, salt, onion powder, pepper, chili powder, Italian seasoning, parmesan, and mozzarella until well combined.
  • Spread this mixture evenly over the triangle cut out of pizza dough.
  • Add the other triangle over top of the dip, and pinch the seams together.
  • Cut strips into the sides of the triangle, leaving about 1 inch of space with the dough still connected.
  • Take each strip and twist.
  • Bake at 400 for 18-20 minutes, until golden brown.
  • After removing from the oven, melt the butter, and add the garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  • Brush this mixture over the spinach dip tree.
  • Enjoy!
